Dr. Dossaji has been a prominent thought leader and strategist in the FQHC HIT & Value Based Care arena for seven years. During this time, he has collaborated with FQHCs and PCA/HCCNs on designing and implementing HIT and Value Based initiatives.

Apart from his work with the Louisiana Primary Care Association (LPCA), he is currently working with the South Carolina Primary Health Care Association (SCPHCA), North Carolina Community Health Center Association (NCCHCA), Hawaii Primary Care Association (HPCA), Community Health Association of Mississippi (CHCAMS), Michigan Primary Care Association (MPCA), Community Clinic Association of Los Angeles County (CCALAC) & Redwood Community Health Coalition (RCHC) to help their member FQHCs in implementing a comprehensive remote patient monitoring and value-based strategy that includes AI/Analytics, Workforce and Payor relationships.

He has presented at many PCA/HCCN & NACHC Conferences on remote patient monitoring and prescriptive & predictive analytics in a value-based care system.

Huzefa lives in New Orleans, is an avid foodie, and teaches Kung Fu & Tai Chi in his free time.
